END OF ATIS ACTIVITIES
Following the financial difficulties experienced by the Atis Group, Les Fenêtres Caméléon inc. acquired the receivables and inventories of the latter. This transaction was authorized by the Superior Court of Quebec.
As part of this transaction, Les Fenêtres Caméléon inc. assumes no liabilities, obligations or warranties relating to the operations of Atis Group and the goods it has sold in the course of its operations.
